I just kicked myself in the ass for complaining all day about having to stay up because of my son's colic and gas. I can't even imagine this mommy's day and what SHE went through today to make her son's life a little better. This blog changed my attitude completely. God bless this mother and family...I hope that everyday this child finds another reason to smile that beautiful smile of his. They are in my prayers. *posted on my fb*
I just want to weep reading that. It gives you SUCH PERSPECTIVE. Also makes you feel like an A$$ for ever whining about anything trivial - as we all do throughout the day, with a baby.
Thanks for sharing this, like PP's said, it really puts it into perspective on how damn lucky we are for having healthy babies.
I watched the video of him playing his drum set on his 2nd birthday, WHAT A HAM! I can't believe how he is able to keep a beat with the songs, I've never seen a kid so young be able to do that.
Wow. I've been crying for the past hour from reading her story and clicking on the other EB blog links. That baby boy is so precious and she is a very dedicated mother. My heart just breaks for them. Thanks for sharing.
