Diapers.com customer service :)

So in my diaper bag I got from the hospital when LO was born there was a coupon for a free jumbo pack of diapers from diapers.com. Well it had expired in June of LAST year. So I emailed their customer service to ask if they would still honor it. They got back to me very quickly and added a credit to my account to honor the coupon. The best thing was that the 2 emails I received from 2 different representitives were personally written not just some generic send to everyone email. It was nice to actually feel like a real person when dealing with customer service people! Anyways just thought I would share my good experience!
