The Daring Baker (NTTGP)

The WFD reminded me of what I ran across the other night.  It sounded pretty cool I just so don't have time.

I was surfing cooking sites looking for a halthy dinner idea and ran across a recipe for homemade mascarpone cheese which lead me to the daring baker site.  They all have 1 recipe they are to make a month (substitutions allowed) and are to post their processes, pictures, success or failures on their blogs or on the site.  they have to do 8 of the 12 a year.

It looked really need and since it's all homemade it's somewhat better for you.  They have a daring cook or something like that too. 

Now if only I had time!

    Oh do tell me how it goes.  I'm hoping to have more time to do stuff like this soon but until then keep me posted please!

    Hi! I'm a food blogger and participated in The Daring Bakers for about a year; I was also an inaugural member of The Daring Cooks. I stopped because I got too busy but had a blast and highly recommend it. Have fun!
