someone have photoshop and have a sec?

we got our birth announcements today in the email and the color is totally off. Sad they told me i made it as an RGB color file but it needs to be CMYK. i only have PSE which doesn't support CMYK... could someone help convert it for me? i *think* it should only take a second.

    Feel free to send it to me to look over...it's really weird that they'd be using a CMYK profile to print something - the normal public does not have programs to convert to CMYK! Do you mind sharing who you're printing through?
