so this is my 3rd month charting and i have a history of low temps no matter what. i do know 2 mo ago i tested very low for progesterone, i have since been using the cream. i had a positive LHsurge last thurs and pink spotting that night. i truly felt like i ovulated, then had some brown spotting yesterday. today i am 6dpo. and again my temps do not rise.. i have read "take charge of your fertility" and they say a small part of women do this,, anyone else have a positive pregnancy with no temp change?

Re: charting, ovulation and low temps?
If you're actually ovulating, you should be observing a temp rise. Do you have a chart you can show us? Are you being followed by a doctor to monitor the efficacy of the progesterone? I'd imagine if there's a concern about annovulation, they'd be doing ultrasounds.
And seriously, if you chart, you don't need the useless Bump ticker

i have an app on my phone i use.. i do know that two days out of the week its hard for me to bbt cause i work nights and get very little sleep. my doc had me start the cream 1 a day last month and this month 2 a day. she said it might take up to 6 months to raise my progest levels.. i was at a .02 9dpo. it was crazy low... i have nevr had problems conceiving any of my other children, and all my other hormones came back normal,, so things like clomid wouldnt help cause my periods were still pretty normal.
we've been trying since dec, but just started charting the last two months. sigh.. it gets kinda time consuming, i dont mean to *** cause i have healthy children,,its just that my new husband and i would like to have one child. he has none. btw im a midwife and i usually know all these answers but its different when its you..
