** TTGP Grad Check-In! **

Re: ** TTGP Grad Check-In! **

  • Good morning TTGP! I can't believe my little Brian will be here in about 12 weeks! I have gained all my 1st Trimester weight loss back(11 pounds). Saturday we went to have a 3D/4D ultrasound done. It was the best money spent. Brian had his feet on his head the whole time and we just laughed at his crazy yoga pose. I have one of his pics in my siggy.

We're trucking along over here with nothing real interesting going on. I had a growth U/S yesterday (estimated weight is already 5.8!) and the tech showed me some 3D images. She gave me 4 craptastics pics and on the disc that I brought she gave me like a 5 second video of his feet. I really can't complain too much since it was all free, but I wanted to see my little guy better! Stick out tongue

    imageimage

Last week I had the great idea of letting my kids finger paint my belly. All was going well at first-

    image

And when they ran out of room, my oldest thought it would be fun to rub everything together into a big muddy looking mess-

    image

They had a great time, though. They're already asking to do it again!

  • Hello!

Finally have something to report, (for those that remember me)  Had my 1st Ultrasound on monday and everything is looking good, HB was at 150 and our little bean was "swimming" from side to side, and measuring right on track.  Feel very fortunate that this baby has been really nice to me and my main symptom is just fatigue Smile

Wishing luck as always to all of TTGP and lots of ((Hugs)) to some of my ladies who are having a rough week: Salt, Btay,Shay, BBJ, BP  my thoughts are with all of you and I hope you have a brighter road ahead!

Love also to: Smurray and Squish!

No belly so no Pic yet Wink

Good morning ladies! I'm so excited to be able to post here! I got my 'official' bfp at 10dpo, and at 12, 13 & 14 dpo, I had a tiny bit of spotting each day, so I was a little worried. For now the spotting seems to have stopped, and I just got my beta today. The numbers were really good! I still have no m/s to speak of, and I don't feel pregnant at all. I'm not even tired. I have my first ultrasound on July 6th at 7 weeks. I hope all of you TTGP ladies are doing great, I miss you!

Wow!  So good to see you here!  Not sure if you remember me or not from TTGP, but regardless big congratulations and I hope m/s stays away and you continue to feel great!

Morning Ladies:) I've been doing pretty good. Madilyn was moving like crazy yesterday which was awesome. DH has felt her 2 times now...the first was about 2 weeks ago. Her room is finished minus her bedding and curtains. Will post pics after my shower next month. Trying to stay positive about all the weight gain and to stay away from the brownies which is hard lol Here is my 25 week bump pic...it was a night out with the girls:)

Good morning!! Here's a bump pic for today, courtesy as always of the bathroom at work:

    imageimage" src="image">

Everything is going well, LO is getting BIG and heavy. I've resorted to having to think about anything I drop and whether it's worth picking up. Sleep is getting more uncomfortable with a growing belly, but other than that, all is going well! I keep hearing that mother nature makes you super uncomfortable in third tri so you'll be more than happy to finally go into labor. While I'm not there yet, I can understand feeling that way in a few weeks, if this kid doesn't kick right through my stomach before that happens!!

  • Hi Ladies! I hope you are all doing well.

Everything here is going well, just had my 12 week appointment yesterday and we have a HB of 171.  I am now wearing maternity clothes, mostly for comfort, still no noticable baby bump.

I hope to see you all over on the trimester boards soon.  Good Luck to you all.

  • Afternoon ladies! I've been MIA on the last few check-ins, but I really wanted to check-in today. It's my last check-in before I'm a mommy!! Eek!!

Next Monday, my doctor will induce me around 7:30 am (unless there's an emergency). Both boys are head down, so everyone feels confident we can deliver both vaginally. Cross your fingers I can! I'm also really excited that MuseumMaven and I will have our boys the same day!!

I'm doing okay though. I was starting to get really miserable at work, so I went ahead and took this week off, too. I've been soooo lazy the past two days! I'm sleeping in until 11 and then napping, as well. haha! I'm having some severe round ligament pain that seriously stops me in my tracks. It isn't contractions and the boys' movement hasn't decreased, so I'm just wait until my appointment tomorrow to mention them to my doctor.

Here's my 37 week picture from this past Saturday:

Almost 23 weeks along -- WOW!  Where has the time gone?  Picture below is from this past week.  Found out we are having a little girl!  So excited!  Movement varies from day to day, but when I feel her, I feel her!!  DH has felt her twice now!  Working on her nursery.  All furniture is set up, we just need to pick her bedding and paint, decorate.  Can't wait for Oct!!  Always rooting for the ladies of TTGP!

I have missed the check in for a few weeks. My computer has been down. I am back finally! I am 35 weeks this weeks and that means only a few weeks to go!!! I am ready for my girl to finally get here! My actual due date is 7/25, but everyone thinks she will be here early (July 15 to be exact). Read this for reasons why https://wevegotthegoodlife.blogspot.com/2011/06/so-i-just-have-to-discuss-something.html .

It is summer break so I have been sitting at home a lot trying to get things ready, but I am ready for Mckinley to get here finally so we can all be home. DH is taking a whole month off to be home with us = )

I have been trying to keep up with all of my TTGP ladies, but it seems like so many have been moving on to month boards!! I am so happy for you all!

I feel like I am just sitting around wondering if every pang or twinge means something and hopefully next week at my 36 week appt. something may already be happening (not getting my hopes up!)

It's so good to "see" you on here!  I've been looking for ya.  I can't believe your 35 weeks already!!!  We found out a month ago were having another little girl:)  Yay for girls:)  If I don't hear from you before hand, I wish you all the best with your labor and delivery.  And a helpful tip, breath in through your nose and out through your mouth during contractions.  I found that worked GREAT for me!

    Good morning,

Big news for me this week - by this time next week I'll be a mom!  The doctor isn't super happy with one of the twins growth, and he is concerned that he is restricted.  So as soon as I hit full term (37 weeks for twins) I'm being induced.  The induction is planned for Monday evening at 7:30pm.  I'm hoping to have babies by sometime on Tuesday!

Right now my biggest issue is some pretty severe back pain - walking is really hard right now.  I'm not sure what I would do if I were going to be pregnant for another four weeks - but the pain probably wouldn't be as bad if I weren't having two!

Here's a pic from last week, at 35 weeks 2 days:

I am late to the check-in b/c my pregnancy brain made me think today was Monday! I am pleasantly surprised that it is in fact Tuesday though!

Things are going well here. We went this weekend to my husband's 10 year high school reunion so we took my bump picture right before we left.

I am feeling pretty good other than dying in the Texas heat! I am not sure how I am going to survive the rest of the summer as my belly continues to expand.

I can't believe some of you ladies are getting so close to delivering!! (Mrs. B, Museum Maven, Rxy) Good luck to all of you and I can't wait to see pictures of your precious babies!

We are having an elective u/s on July 12 to find out the sex of the baby. I'll be a little over 16 weeks at that time.

I don't have an official bump, its still bloat. However, I did make my first maternity wear purchase this week. Thank goodness for thrift stores and consignment shops. I got some really good deals. I bought a dress and a pair of capris for $17.00. I was super pleased with that.

That in-home daycare sounds like a dream come true!

I am feeling better. The nausea is slowly disappearing. It only gets bad if it's been too long since I've eaten. My energy is coming back. I actually did a brisk 3 mile walk on Sunday evening and it felt great. I am hoping to get into a walking routine. I think it will make me feel so much better. The heat is the worst part. I have to wait until 8 pm so that I don't have a heat-stroke outside. I am sure you can empathize with that.

Yes it will be nice to be settled in the new house first. I am hoping maybe this cycle may do it and we would find out right around settlement if I am KU or not, so that would be awesome. I am super excited about the kitchen too! Even though DH does almost all the cooking. lol

    Congratulations!!! I missed your BFP!

    YAYAYYAYAY CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
