So, I posted yesterday morning about the faintest of faint lines on a Wondfo test.  I held my pee for about 3 hours or so and took a First Response.  I looked at it after the 3 minute window and again, I saw the faintest of faint lines.  I can definetely see something, but it is so faint that it won't come out in a picture.

I took my second one this morning thinking that if I am indeed pregnant, that it would be darker.  After the 3 minutes, I picked it up and saw another line.  However when I put it next to yesterday's test, it is the same shade.  It didn't get any darker.  Crying

I am not sure what to do....call the doc and get a blood test?  Get some $ store tests and keep peeing?  Have DH pee on a 1st Response to see what it looks like when it is negative (hopefully he's not pregnant Wink)? Or get a digital (maybe it is too soon for that since they are not as sensitive)?

When I had my last pregnancy I got a faint positive on 12 DPO and was able to turn a digi into the most beautiful word in the word.

I know that only a test can tell me and a line is a line, but I figured that it would be darker today and it is not.  Which of the above options would you do if it were you?

    If you are seeing a line, you are pregnant.  A line is a line when it comes to HPTs!  Congrats!  Call your doctor!! 

    ETA: I believe that hCG doubles in three days at this stage of pregnancy... 

    Began TTC #1 in January 2011
    Confirmation and Removal of Endo - March 2012
    +#1 on 4/1/12 - m/c @ ~8w 5d
    +#2 Tx cycle 4 - 5 mg Letrozole + 75iu Follsitim & Ovidrel w/ IUI on 11/13/12 - EDD 7/23/13 
    7 week u/s revealed THREE babies, all with heartbeats.  153bpm, 148bpm, and 136bpm
    9 week u/s revealed loss of Baby B.  A and C are growing on track.  A measuring 9w1d with 172bpm and C measuring 9w0d with 179 bpm.  
    Elective sex determination u/s on 2/8 revealed... boy AND girl!

    Honestly, if it were me I'd be drinking a gallon of Gatorade and running to the store to buy a digi!

    Stop drinking anything, hold your pee for 4 hours. In the meantime, go to the store and pick up at least 2 digitals.

    Around noon, pee on one and see what it says. Then use the other one tomorrow morning with FMU.

    This is what I would do, because I honestly could not wait until tomorrow. Smile

    I see myself doing that too!

    But I also see myself calling my doctor. I already get regular bloodwork for iron levels/anemia so I don't see the harm in one extra test for pregnancy.

    Personally, I'd go ahead and use water on the same type of stick for a control so you can compare what a true neg looks like, just b/c I actually enjoy the science experiment-y part.  (I wouldn't use DH b/c I would be concerned that there might be some substance in male urine that could screw up the test.)

    I saved the digital for my last BFP for 14 dpo and no earlier. Wait two days and use a digi. I'm pulling for you hon!! I really think this is it, with two FRER's with a faint line, I have to believe it. Good luck! I can't wait for your official BFP post!

    I vote for this option. But, I also think having your DH pee on one is a fantastic idea as well Stick out tongue GL to you!!

IVF #2 (Apr 2012) EPP/Antagonist with ICSI - 10R, 7M, 6 ICSI'd, 2F. 3DT = BFN AMH tested by new RE 6/2012 - 2! Saving money for IVF #3. Started a ton of supplements in May 2012 and hoping for a miracle! SURPRISE BFP!! (October 2012)

    Good luck! What a PITA. If it were me, I'd hold my pee for 4 or 5 hours and pee on a FRER or a cheapie, then regardless use the digi tomorrow a.m.

    I agree with PPs, a line is a line!  Wait a few hours and try again, because I know I definitely couldn't wait until tomorrow.  When I got my first BFP, I had the faintest of faint lines for a few days and kept throwing them away, thinking they were just a shadow.  By the time I finally believed it and got a digital, I had been testing for a week!

    OP, it seems like a few of us are in the same situation! I just responded to another post a few threads down about the same thing.  I'm going through the EXACT same thing as you.  I've decided to wait til either tomorrow morning, or Thursday morning (probably both) to test again. Hope this is it for us!
