Shred

I had completed 30 days of the 30 day shred and had continued to do L3 frequently because it is a good workout.  I haven't done too much working out in the past 2 months due to an injury.  I am pretty sore today.  My legs, upper back and arms hurt!!!

I walked 3 miles with friends, did L3 of the shred, ran a mile and took DD2 swimming.
