Are there any exercise programs in Jacksonville specifically for pregnant women?

    There is a free pre-natal yoga class offered at the Wellness center at Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine if you are willing to drive. It is offered on Saturday at 10:30 - 11:30. I took the class and it helped out a lot with my pregnancy and delivery. Good luck.

    I think there are prenatal yoga classes at Peaceful Yoga in OP, AnandaKula, and one place at the beach (can't remember!). 

     I don't know of anything else.

     Wait! I think strollerstrides.com has a prenatal fitness class.

    I did prenatal yoga at Yoga Ananda in Avondale.  Destination Maternity at the Town Center also does classes.
