Teacher gift ideas! Help!

The end of year gifts I had planned for T's teachers/therapists basically fell through (long story) so I am left trying to come up with something new.  Last day is Thursday so I don't have much time.  I am already out $40 for the other gift and I don't know if I will even be able to get my $ back at this point, so I cannot spend a fortune.  I have 6 ladies to buy for @ school, one bus driver and a bus aide.  I already got cards, and I am not crafty.  I donate grocery gift cards to the class all the time so I don't want to do anything like that.  Thoughts?

Maybe food?  Cookies in nice bags, coffee and biscotti, boxes of chocolate?  For Rosie's teacher I made these blueberry cakes:

I used to give my teaching assistants big candy bars with lottery tickets attached to them and a little tag that said "I'm lucky to work with someone so sweet."  I'm sure you could change it up to be more applicable to each person.
