v tech mobigo?

Do you have this system?  Thoughts?  In 2 weeks we will be going on a long airplane/car trip.  I'm looking for some activities to keep my 3 year old occupied.  The mobigo looks like it might be a good option, but I'm looking for some "real" feedback.

We have it and DS1 loves it He got it for his 3rd b-day last fall.

We like that it is a touch screen (although parts of some games require use of the keyboard.....). It is user friendly and most of the games have easy or difficult level.......so you can change it up once they learn how to use it more efficiently.

The only negative so far is that I feel like there are not a ton of games. There are plenty for now, but I feel like they haven't come out with many new games and we have had it for almost a year now.

We bought the Mobigo a few months ago for our 3 year old to use on a flight from Orlando to Seattle. He loved it!!! He had no video game or iphone experience, but picked it up in no time. It's true there aren't dozens of games for sale, but from what I understand, you can get free downloads online. But my son is so entertained with the games that came with the system, we haven't even gone online yet.

DD loves her Mobigo. She uses it in the car a lot and in waiting rooms, etc. We have the original cartridge that came with it, the Dora Twins Day one, and the Princess one and so far that seems like enough - each one has 6 games and 2 levels per game. She plays some games on easy and some on difficult and is doing well with the keyboard and the touch screen both. She has had it since Christmas and is a little over 3.5 years old now. She also has an iXL (toddler version of the DSi), and she likes it ok, but it is nothing like her Mobigo in terms of her interest/satisfaction, etc.
