What a horrible weekend

I was so excited to get away over the weekend since I've been having such crappy things go on. Boy was I wrong. It's a 3 hours drive to my sisters. We have made it a few times since DS has been born. Wasn't that bad. We didn't leave until late Friday night. DS cried a majority of the way. He was super tired and didn't want to fall asleep. So a 3 hour ride turned into 4 hours with stopping twice to comfort him and then road construction. I slept crappy. Went to bed at 1. Woke up at 3 because my whole right arm was numb and hurt like no other. Woke up at 8. And had extreme pain on my right side. Awesome! I was thinking it was a kidney stone..I've had 3 before. The pain went away for a little bit but then came back. I couldn't deal with the pain anymore so I went to the hospital. They thought I had an ovarian cyst burst. But after all the tests I was right..I had a kidney stone. Man those hurt like crazy!! They had to do a pregnancy test on me! LOL. Then that night I was up probably every hour if not more. Between people coming in and out of the house [they had a party for my brother in law], the dumb dog whining, the birds chirping, the train, being in pain, and sleeping on a couch..it was horrible. Needless to say..I'm glad I'm home but then I'm not. I needed a weekend away. I guess I'll get that another time. I'm glad to have the day off to spend with DS though

On a side note. DS turned 4 months on Saturday!! I have a picture of him that I took yesterday. I was too distracted Saturday to take one. And in a whole lot of pain to even take care of him But it's on my camera and I'm being super lazy right now. He did his first actual real laugh yesterday too! He's beeen trying to laugh for quite some time now he just couldn't get it out. And he finally did yesterday! I was so excited. Wednesday we go to the doctor for shots..so I can't wait to see how much bigger he has gotten! He did pretty good for his 2 month shots..so I'm hoping these go pretty smoothly as well!
