Sex after HSG?

I know my Dr. said that there is a higher rate of PG after HSG.

I had my HSG on Tuesday and today is Thursday and I am still spotting a little, because they had to clamp my cervix. some blood streaks in my EWCM.  I am about to o and don't want to miss our window.

Did you spot after HSG?

Did you have sex right away?

It's been several months since I had mine, but my doc said the same thing too.  I didn't have any spotting, but we did have sex within a few days.  If you're really concerned I would check with your doc first.  Otherwise, I say if you feel alright GO FOR IT!  Have fun and GL!

I had mine quite a while ago but it was painful as all hell they had to inject the contrast twice and i spotted bright red blood for a good 3-4 days we still had sex 2 day after since it was only spotting. Our dr encouraged it as long as i was feeling okay! good luck!

I had mine on 9/9.  I did spot for a while afterwards....several days.  I O'd about a week later, bd one time and got a bfp that cycle.

I had spotting for about two days afterward.  I had mine on Monday.  My Dr. told me to take ovulation tests and when I got a positive to go for it.  and that was yesterday.
