Saw PHIONA on a license plate. I can only assume that the lady driving the car was named this or she named her car this.

I like the name Fiona, however replacing an f with a ph doesn't work for most names.

Maybe she just spelled it that way on the license plate because the correct spelling had already been used and she really wanted a vanity plate with her name on it.  At least, I hope that's the reason!

I voted SS because I don't like the name regardless of spelling. But yeah, Phiona is truly awphul.

Ditto.  I think Fiona is a great name!

It's not my style, but if you want to change the spelling, i think F and PH would both work for Fiona.
