Another c-section ?

Ok ladies. So as you can see from my siggy, I had DS almost 3 mos ago via scheduled c-section. I had a pretty uneventful recovery with little pain and no complications. I think I have overdone it this week by going to a week long festival here in my hometown and strolling/walking around with ds and then running around for 5 hrs straight yest at the city wide yard sale. I then topped the evening off by having sex with DH last nite. I woke up this am very sore at my incision site and it even hurts to cough. Have any of you other c-section mommas experienced this? Have I just over done it this week? Most importantly, should I refrain from any housework today that my house desperately needs? Hehehe! TIA

    The same thing just happened to me!  I've felt great the past few weeks so I decided to add a little running to my workout routine on Thursday.  This weekend I've had achy, itchy pains around my incision site.  I'll probably cut out the running and maybe back off the abs this week.  Oh and avoid some housecleaning as well :)
