Hello all! My husband is at DLI learning French and we just PCS'd here from Ft. Meade, MD. Anyone else in the area?

    Hi there =) We're out here too!  How are you liking it so far? Will you get to stay thru the birth?? You'd be lucky to, CHOMP has a fantastic birthing center!

    I am LOVING the cool weather! Big improvement over the summers in Maryland (our last duty station). I'm excited about CHOMP - mostly because I actually know where I'll be delivering, lol! How long have you been here?

    You lucky girl! My DH went to NPS. We lived on Ord back in 2006-2007. Enjoy! We loved the Heller Estate for wine in Carmel.

    Hello!  We are stationed out here in Seaside too.  The husband is working at NPS so we are so excited that our first baby will be born at CHOMP.  We have heard nothing but good things about them.

    We moved from Monterey last year - I loved it! Now that I'm expecting, I really miss the cool weather. Enjoy your time there!
