In between diaper sizes - HELP!

We use Huggies Pure & Natural. We just finished a pack of them and noticed they were getting too small - they come down too low in the front and she's been pooping out the sides. We figured it was time to move to a size 1 (although she's barely even 8lbs right now) but tried them and she pretty much swims in them. Even if I fold the top down, the legs holes are snug around her little legs and I know she'll pee and poo out the sides of these, too.

So I guess I'm asking for recommendations.. Anyone have experience with this? Do you know if one brand runs bigger than Huggies? Hoping maybe I could switch to Pampers or Up & Up or something until she can fit into the size 1 we have here now.

We are kind of in the same boat right now.  We are using pampers and I just pull them as tight as I can.

I'm pretty sure pampers makes a size 1-2 which would probably be just what you need right now! It would be like a 1 and 1/2.

Huggies makes the 1-2's also, or at least they used to. Target had them on clearance the last time I was there, but I did see them on diapers.com yesterday so I know you can still get them! GL

Do you have costco? They have a size 1-2 dipe in a box of 216 for less than 29$.  They are manufactured by Huggies, and we love them!
