working out and supply

I want to start the 30 day shred, but I've heard that working out can cause your supply to drop. I'm ebf dd and it's going great. I don't want to do anything to jeopardize that. If I'm only doing the 30 day shred and aside from that just taking daily walks with the girls, should I have to worry about my supply?

  • I started it 2 days ago and think I may have seen a drop in supply - however I haven't been eating more - so maybe that's the problem...
