Insurance is going to cover the follistim, minus my co-pays!!! I'm so thrilled, it totally makes up for having to pay the change fee for my flight. $150 < $3000!!!!
Now if my stupid period would just start.... No spotting yet. WTH?
TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!
Good news!! And I'm with you on the period ... I'm on lupron for round 2 and no freaking period (all the symptoms, just no flow) ... and I can't start stims until I do ... lining is too thick!!! I'll send her your way if she ever stops by here.

If I could give you my CD1 today I would. (I think it's CD1. I now have IUD that they said could have random spotting off and on for a year. Which I had for the first 5 weeks. Then nothing for like 5 weeks. Now it's red and I have my notorious CD1 back cramps. BOO. WTH?! It's too soon!)
your flight change is costing you $3k? Did I read that right?!
But I am SOOOOO glad the insurance is working with you for once. Geez, it's about time! Did you talk to Shawn? Justin? Josh? whatever in the hell his name was? Fruitbasket, I tell you!

LOL I did talk to Josh, but apparently BCBS sent the check without even consulting the Grievance department? Weird but yay! And no, the flight change is going to be $150, but the follistim was over $3K. So if I were going to use up my good luck for the week, I am glad it was for the follistim and not for the flight.
That is so great that insurance finally worked out for a change, yay!!
