So I ordered two Green Sprout fitteds on May 17th. I finally got an email Sunday saying they were shipped. I hadn't received them yet, so I contacted Rena asking for a tracking number. The status said delivered on Wednesday morning. We live in a townhouse and have a locked box. I specifically remember noticing the absence of a package or key to the package box in our mailbox. I called the post office and all they could tell me was that perhaps the mail carrier forgot to put the key in my box and to call back tomorrow AM to talk to the carrier. I am soooo pissed. That was a $50 purchase! Anyone been through something similar? Did it get fixed? Sorry for the run on, posting from my phone!

Our mailman does this ALL THE TIME. He'll leave the key inside the box with the package, as opposed to our individual mail box.
