you've made blueberry pancakes, right? It's the same concept except I put 1/2 to 1 whole piece of raw bacon on top (like you would blueberries) after you pour your pancake on the pan. when you flip it over the bacon cooks (and, um, the pancake cooks in the bacon grease).
I've had it where the bacon was cut into pieces, but I think I prefer having slabs of bacon on my pancakes.
This morning I was reminded that thick-cut bacon is not the ideal choice for bacon pancakes. Not sure if that's what you usually buy, but stick to the regular, thinner cut of bacon for this purpose.
