bacout vs other enzyme cleaners?

What's the difference between bacout and something like nature's miracle (typical for cleaning pet messes)?

I don't know about nature's miracle but I love bac out.  I use a spray in the first rinse with no detergent and then a baby dropps in the hot wash and it works great.

If Nature's Miracle would be okay on the dipes I'd love to use it because I have a ton left over from housetraining dogs.
