Should I be concerned? sick baby?

Teagen has been overly fussy and pretty lethargic all day which the fussiness is pretty normal but shes usually awake alot during the day. But today she acts like shes soo exhausted. She doesnt have a couch or runny nose or fever. She does have a tooth coming in would that be the cause of her behavior?

If your worried I would call the doctors to ease your mind.

I called and they said as long as she doesnt have a fever they're not concerned. Shes not on an exact schedule but she usualyy goes to bed around 9 wakes up at 4 to eat then asleep again until 9 and last night she went to bed at 7 and I had to wake her up at 4 to eat and its going on 11 here and shes dead asleep. This just isnt normal for her

Haven't gone thru this since JP is my first, but my sister's kids (3 of them) would go through something that sounds similar when they were having a growth spurt.  They would need extra naps and sleep extremely long sometimes.  Then she would look at them a few days later and say "what the heck happened".  She noticed once she started charting patterns.  I did a search and came up with a lot of signs in addition:

That may be what's happening - along with the tooth?
