I think I might have mastitis
I have had the worst headache for 2 days and even my tylenol 3's have done nothing. I woke up and my right boob hurt so bad when I woke up yesterday morning I thought I was going to die. And now I have a red/warm spot on the same boob and it still hurts. To top it all off I spent last night and the day before throwing up. Now I am on day 3 and I still feel like absolute ***.
Even if its not mastitis-whatever it is-sucks.

No I don't luckily. And after I posted this my headache went away and I don't feel nauseous anymore. Who knows though I am sure it will all come back.

If you don't have a fever, it's probably not mastitis. But, I would still check with the doctor. It could be a clogged duct, that has the same symptoms, but no fever (I think!)

Ditto FB.  If the red spot on your breast worsens, it could be a clogged duct. Take Tylenol to help with the inflammation and massage while nursing. Also, massage with a comb while you are in the shower (sounds weird, but it works. Take the comb and sort of massage down on the area where the hard lump/clogged duct is).
