It did go well. She is coming back next Thursday with a physical therapist to assess B. Normally children have to show a _____% delay to qualify but with PT it's just a "professional judgement". She said that she can't say officially but "he's so young and he looks pretty stuck" so she's almost positive he will be approved!

I hope it works out for you! I have a friend who was in a similar situation and had great results from the PT stretches etc. She also had twins.
