I'm vote something like this Selma Blair style: a bob with really long layers, and short choppy bangs.  It looks like it'd work really well with your hair texture and you can have it straight, or curl it, or make it kind of scrunched and spikey.  I think Selma's color would be a little harsh on you, but maybe a deep auburn brown?

I've always thought the bob style with it shorter in the back and longer on the sides is really cute. I'd totally have that haircut if I had straight hair!

I think the inverted bob would be cute, and your skin tone looks like it work with going lighter or a little darker on the hair color.  Maybe just highlights or lowlights?
