MSPI-safe frosting recipe?

It's my birthday!  I made some tasty MSPI-friendly, egg-free cupcakes, but they look naked.  Anyone know of a good frosting recipe that doesn't contain dairy, soy, or eggs?

You could try whipping up powdered sugar with rice milk and adding some vanilla extract

this.  there's a recipie for frosting on the back of most powdered sugar bags.  just sub the milk.  We use coconut milk for ours and it's delicious

I believe spectrum shortening is soy free. I know it is dairy free. You could use that in place of butter to make a buttercream frosting.

I ended up mixing icing sugar, rice milk, and coconut oil until it looked like icing.  It's really good!

If you want to try it in the future, I know amazon carries it. The brand is Spectrum and it's gluten/soy/dairy free.

I just checked it out.  Seems I can't get it shipped to Canada.
