It's not super stroller friendly, but it's doable. We took our Chicco travel system stroller there last week and it was fine, but it's pretty bumpy and there are some areas where I needed my moms help to get it up and down the rocky steps. We got there right when they opened and it was f-ing hot. Wearing her might be easier due to the terrain, but you both could get pretty hot.
Ugh. This is the other thing I'm worried about. I hate that it's so hot out and then when you strap a 15 pound oven to your chest, it just doesn't make it better.
Re: Austin Zoo - stroller friendly?
we saw lots of people using them last time we went.
but having walked ourselves, I didn't notice how it would handle the stroller if that makes sense?
