They should have a delivery confirmation number they can give you. Did you pay with Paypal? If they don't have a DC#, then they are responsible and if it you were to file a Paypal dispute, they would side with you since no proof of shipping or delivery could be given.
at this point, i'd contact them and say you haven't received it yet and ask when they mailed it, and if they have a tracking # you could see to keep tabs on it.
maybe even fib and say you're headed out of town and didn't want to miss it or something lol.
but like pp said, w/o any tracking info they will have no proof they sent it and pp will side w/you. you have 45 days to file a claim.
