I am 3 weeks PP and down about 25 of the 40 lbs I lost. I was always really skinny and I am so ready to be back to my pre-pregnancy body. I have been walking everyday and feel really good, but should I wait until my 6 week checkup to really start working out? I feel good, but I don't want to mess anything up!

I've been watching what I eat since my first meal after he was born. Eating sensibly and taking walks since 2 weeks PP and haven't really changed too much yet.
30 Day Shred started on Monday, I'm so frigging sore.

started walks on level ground in the neighborhood at 2w pp.
Now, at 6w pp, walks every day, and now starting some simple cardio and eating fresher.
