Can babies sneeze in the womb?

Yes, I know this might sound like a silly question.  But I just felt a big abrupt giggle and I can only think of it as a sneeze.  Or he some how startled himself.

Anyone know?

    I've never heard of babies sneezing in the womb, but I'm no expert. I'd probably guess that the baby startled himself though.

    Funny you should ask...the pediatrician said at Callie's appt today that babies do not sneeze in the womb.
