Nearly all the girl names we like end in "a" (Maya, Lydia, Kayla, etc). However, so does my name which means it won't flow well as a middle name.
I'd like to perhaps get some new ideas on a girl first name. What is your favorite girl name that doesn't end in "a"?

It is really hard to find girl names in Spanish that don't end with an "a." When we were tossing around possibilities for DD's middle name, I found that I liked two categories of non-"a"-ending names: nature names and names referring to appearances of the Virgin Mary. We ended up with one from the latter- Caridad. Some of the others:
Nature- Flor, Sol, Luz
Mary-ish: Lourdes, Nieves, Pilar, Belen, Carmen, Rosario
There are also a lot of lovely French names that don't end in an "a"- Mireille, Delphine, Lisette...
These are all fantastic!
Belen is one of my favorite names ever!
Other names I like that don't end in "a"--Genevieve, Vivienne/Vivian, Gillian, Camille, Eleanor, Rose, Adele.

Is your son's name Polish? My son has a traditional Polish boys name- Marek. We love it! I still love all our original girl names so maybe we'll just have to have that double "a" sound for first and middle if we have a girl.
Thanks everyone for all the really great suggestions! I still love all our original names on the list but perhaps now I have a few more ideas to add to it.
