My kids aren't eating well at daycare...

My youngest has been at this particular site for a couple months, and my oldest just started on Monday.  Neither is eating well, and they are both starving when I pick them up, which leads us to complete meltdowns.  DS#1 told me that yesterday he took one bite of taco and ate his peaches, juice and cookie.  And one graham cracker. 

I try to give them breakfast before I drop them off between 8:30 and 9.  They have lunch at 11:30, and I pick them up around 5:15.  They have a small afternoon snack.  I have taken some emergency baby food, yogurt and bananas in for the little one. 

What would you do?

Do they allow you to bring your own meals in?  If so then I would send it but if you can't then hunger will take over and they will eat.  They prob just have to adjust to it and will eventually get used to it.

My kids are starving when I pick them up from daycare, I remember being starving coming home from school when I was a kid.

IDK.  I wouldn't worry about it unless they are losing weight or something.  Give 'em protien in the morning and have dinner ready to go early in the evening and forget about it.

If dinner takes time to prepare, have some easy snacks available to tide them over.
