Saying men should grow up and be parents == being a man hater.
But if both parents are happy with the arrangement then why does it matter? Everyone was picking on kg_08 because she said her hubs hasn't changed many diapers but she didn't seem to be bothered by it at all.
Sorry, Dream, but I wouldn't expect you to perceive inequality in a relationship after yesterday.
Well I guess inequality is in the eye of the beholder. I don't think adhering to traditional gender roles is indicative of inequality unless someone is unhappy about it.

You're barely coherent, so I'm taking your post with a grain of salt. But, it's not about "daddy helping", which implies that he's doing someone a favor. It's his job just as much as mom's and it's not about gender rolls or equality or whatever nonsense you just blathered about. This has nothing to do with who changes MORE diapers, it's about a father refusing to change ANY diapers.
And how is YOUR business if someone elses husband doesn't change diapers?? Oh yeah, it fvcking isn't!!!!!
Oooh, touchy. And sure it's my business. Someone posts about it on a public chat board and they've made it everyone's business.
Oooh biitchy! Let me call you incoherent & see what your response is.
My response? Why, you must be mistaken. Perhaps it's your comprehension, because my post was clear and concise. Please try again.
I was not calling your response incoherent. I understood it completely. Just making the point you may not like being called incoherent.

You would vote for someone by virtue of his testicles. The "traditional" stereotypes that motivate your thinking should make us all unhappy.

Mmmmm. Gender rolls.
I couldn't even finish reading all the comments because of this.
Now, can someone please pass the Country Crock?
I know it'll censor it if I remove it, but take out the bolded letter and you're good.

I think she does. She could also benefit from some anger management. This is the 2nd time she has flipped out in 2 days.
I like Libby. Maybe that's why I didn't read it that way.
I'm not flipping out, I'm just disagreeing with her way of thinking. Which was the exact same thing that happened in the post that she is referring to that I "flipped out" in.
dude, you threw a tantrum in the marriage post and you threw one here. It's hysterical shrews like you that lead Cassie to believe we can't be president.
Someone gets upset a few times & they're a shrew? We all get a little angry sometimes.

Thanks Sookie! I'm completely sober by the way.
I'm sorry you're sober, you should throw back a few drinks. 9-12 is much more fun that way
I just think it's funny that people keep tabs on who's changing more diapers, etc. I don't have a clue who has changed more diapers between me and Matt. But that's because he doesn't refuse to change diapers. It is kind of shiity when one spouse or the other (male or female) REFUSES to help with something.
It's not about poopy diapers, it's about a fair and equitable division of labor inside the house and out.
The issue was that there are fathers out there that think just because they don't like dealing with poopy diapers they shouldn't have too. They assume the diaper changing roll should automatically fall to the mother. Where is the logic in that?

I totally agree that both parents should help take care of the baby. I just don't get why people on here get flamed because their partner doesn't help. That's their problem & I don't think anyone here needs to be an a$$hole to them about it.

Thanks, lovely!
And, you are clearly NOT a shrew. . Drunk? Maybe. But, like I said, who can blame ya (and, I'm right there with ya)?
