Well I guess inequality is in the eye of the beholder.  I don't think adhering to traditional gender roles is indicative of inequality unless someone is unhappy about it.

It's not about poopy diapers, it's about a fair and equitable division of labor inside the house and out. 

The issue was that there are fathers out there that think just because they don't like dealing with poopy diapers they shouldn't have too.  They assume the diaper changing roll should automatically fall to the mother.  Where is the logic in that?
