So I went in yesterday and had a BPP/non-stress done and saw my midwife after. Good news is he's a champ breather and mover. Bad news is, he is still way up high with no signs of dropping before surgery tomorrow. I hadn't progressed at all except I was a little softer so I'm still at 1cm. My MW said she would be incredibly surprised to see me before Thursday morning. So....unless this full moon tonight gives me some miracle, tomorrow morning 8:30am PST I will be getting on a table in the OR again. I'm starting to come to terms with it a little and it's making it easier to plan out things for DD, but I'm not happy. I hate thinking about recovery and being away from DD that long and I'm just hoping it all goes very smooth. I do have the best OB in the practice doing my surgery so that's promising.
Anyway...I just wanted to wish you all good luck on getting your VBACs. I'm going to go enjoy my last day ever being pregnant (this is our last child) and time with my DD. I'll probably come back and post pics of my lil guy after too. GOOD LUCK!
Re: RCS tomorrow :(
I know exactly how you feel, I ended up with a RCS when I really wanted a vbac. Sending lots of labor thoughts your way tonight.
On a side note, my RCS was such a better experience from my first C. Recovery was so much better and I was more prepared emotionally which helps a ton! Good luck and look forward to seeing pics of your new LO!
I'm so sorry. ::hugs::
I'll still send all the natural labor vibes I can gather up your way.

I know. I have GD and he's in the higher percentile and so that's one reason, but not a big one at all. Really it's just that they will only allow me to go to 41wks anyway and that's Monday. Tomorrow works better for getting care for my DD and for my DH to get time off work. Stupid reasons I know, but if I end up going til Monday anyway...it'll be super hard to work it all out. I'll be okay. Disappointed but okay.
Soontobe makes some great points, but as long as you're Ok with it then we'll be OK with it too! I hope the full moon is your thing!
