  • I likethe first one best.  Would give you more options for sheets.

  • I like the first one, too.  I am definitely more of a "warm color" person.

I think it depends on the overall color scheme of the room, the feel you want in your room, and the overall color scheme for your home.

That said, I picked painterly because I love pale blue, but that shouldn't be the deciding factor for you. Smile

  • I also need more info. What's your furniture like? Wall color? Room size.

    TIA.

Our whole house is pretty much builders beige, but I would love to paint our bedroom a little darker beige soon.  That's probably all we'll do.  :)

I like them both, but I would get sick of the first one too fast.

Yep.  And the second one just seems more soothing to me.

  • The second one totally makes me want to snuggle in and relax. That's the look/feel I'd want for my bed.

K, I just took a pic.  Sorry the pic sucks.  furniture is dark, carpet it light, room isn't huge.  hopefully we will be painting it a little darker beige soon:

  • I really like them both - the first is more fun/exciting but the second is nice and spa-like.
  • I voted Painterly. I bought the Sienna Paisley a month ago and LOVE it!
  • That's so pretty!  I'm getting the second one.  Thanks for finding it for me!

Ohh I love that one too!  Do you feel the colors are too muted?  Like, is there enough color for you?  I'm afraid once I get it home it's not going to look as bright as it does in the pics.

  • The first was too busy for my eyes...I picked the 2nd..it seems much more soothing.

  • I like the blue one, but voted for the orangey colorway as it's a bit more masculine. My DH would never go for the blue, but anything with Burnt Orange would get a thumbs up...
  • Well I voted for the Painterly Paisley. I currently have red in my room and its too much. Not calming at all. If you are into it. Blue is more Fung Shui. I do love the blue.

  • I'm a sucker for blues and greens.  I have nothing against the colors in the first one.  I just always find myself buying blue and green stuff.  All the time.

  • I like the painterly paisley.  It looks fresh and summery and can easily be coordinated with other greens, beiges, browns, tans, etc.
  • I voted for the painterly paisley as well. I think it will go beautifully with your dark furniture, and will open your room up. Plus, there's something about light blues and greens that make you feel cooler during the hot weather.
  • I voted for the painterly. It is so soft. Where did you find these? We are upgrading from a queen to a king soon. I need all new bedding.
  • We actually just bought the painterly paisly! We love it! I have a big swatch of it if you would like to check it out! We had a kind comforter and I didnt want to buy a duvet so I just slipped that duvet cover over our comforter and it is a perfect fit.

email me at ssholm216 at hotmail if you would like the swatch!
