XP: Why does my boob hurt?

My left boob hurts for some reason, but only on the outside/underneath.  It almost feels like a pulled muscle.  I EP and I'm still getting milk out fine, it's just really sore..  Any ideas?

Do you think it could be a clogged duct? I have been getting those a lot recently (I EP too, and I guess clogged ducts can be more common for EP'ers, since the pump doesn't necessarily empty the breast completely). I use heat/massage, which usually clears it up within a day or so. GL! It sucks to have sore boobies!
