New to The Bump

Having trouble adding a photo to my Sig.

Ok, I have used theknot for almost a year and I understand but am not good at putting pics up there. But I really suck and fail at doing it on the bump!! Every pic I upload is HUGE and when I try to use the new to the bump link on TTGP it makes my picture not show up! Can anyone offer me some tips? TIA!!
