TTC while sick?

I'm pretty new to TTC, this is just my second cycle. My cycles seem pretty regular, so I'm coming up on my theoretical O date and I'm STILL sick. Nothing major, just congestion, headache, fatigue, some stomach issues. Does being sick affect TTC? Is it in any way bad to get pregnant while being sick? I know cold meds can affect TTC by drying everything up, but I'm more curious about the actual sickness. This is the second month where I've been sick for the first 2 weeks of my cycles (NOT. COOL.) so now I'm just curious.

(aka there is so much time between testing I have the brain power to obsess over little things like this)

You can get pregnant while sick. Being sick/fever could possibly delay ovulation. If you think you've already ovulated, you might want to look into Tylenol products as they are usually pregnancy safe. I think that should answer all your questions. Hope you feel better soon!

The sickest I have been in YEARS (some awful flu/sinus infection thing) was the weekend I got pregnant. The baby making process might not be as passionate but it still can work GL!
