Does onyone know how to get rid of that great deflated baloon look on my tummy? I can feel the muscles underneath the flab but it the top still feels squishy. Im almost 5 weeks pp so am I asking to much?
It takes a little while. Practice good sun care so that it has the best chance at getting back to normal. Lets see... I had my son in September '08, felt only okay in a bikini the next summer '09 with the skin, but felt awesome and confident the following summer '10. Then I got knocked up again.
This spanned the time from 28-30... Skin age matters with these things.
Also, I'm no stranger to sun damage. My teens and early 20's were very tan.
I only exercise moderately and sporadically.
My stomach won't be making an appearance this summer... or maybe ever again- we'll see! I may be investing in a really sexy one-piece next year.
