  • While I personally really like the name Declan anyway, it is the most 'obvious' name of the set. I think the name Padraig would saddle him with the responsibility of always spelling it and telling people how to pronounce it.

    I agree. DH and I know how to spell/pronounce it, but a lot of people wouldn't. It's one of his favorites though, so it's still in the mix.

    I like Eamon the best.  You're probably going to have to instruct people how to spell and pronounce ALL of those names, so I would just go with how the name sounds and let that guide your decision.  Good luck!

  • Love Eamon, but would worry about spelling/pronunciation. I  also like Declan a lot, but I feel like it is getting pretty trendy. I would probably vote for Declan.
