Ok, so this is my issue of the day, LOL....
I had a Blackberry phone for years, hated them. But, locked into my Verizon contract, could not upgrade, arg. finally, when I was 38 weeks pg, I went nuts on customer service and they seny me an old Droid phone to replace my BB until my uprgade. The Droid is cool, but old and has many glitches. Ok, fast forward to the weekend where I lost my mind when my "new" phone was giving me issues and I call customer service, again.....they tell me I am eligible for an early uprade. What? I was shocked and thought it was a joke, LOL.
So, I can have what I want for a good price....
Ok, so mh had apple eveything and al my friends have the iphone. It would be easy, we could share charges, apps, etc. Do I just go with that? Or do I research new Droids and try that? I know, a wipe my a@@ post, but when I am not working, I need to keep busy...lol.
So, if you got this far....what are your iphone vs. droid experiences?
Anyone friends with me on FB has seen this a million times, sorry, LOL.
Thanks!
Re: NBR: phone q's
I commented on your FB post too but I will elaborate a little more here.
I have had both and they are both great. It just depends on what you want.
I now have a Nexus One. It was the first Google phone. They have a newer version now called the Nexus X. It is awesome because it syncs with all of my google things, mail, calandar, etc. There are lots of apps and more coming out everyday, but usually the apps come out for the iPhone first, which is kind of annoying.
I used to have an iPhone and I loved that too. The apps are awesome and like I said they are available here first. I have a Mac computer and I love that it syncs with iTunes, but honestly I don't use a lot of the Mac programs, like iCal and the mail system because I use the google ones and I barely used my iPhone for music.
When it comes down to it, if you use google for a lot of things, go with the Nexus, it's been great. If you use the apple programs then go with the iPhone.
There are a ton of other Android phones to choose from too. I just know my experience with mine.

I know, I love you for all the help, LOL.
I dpn't have a mac and but don't use google mail and things either.
I was looking at the x2, thunderbolt, incredible...
I think that I am making way more out of this, LOL.
Pandi- my wise guru, do you bump from your phone? a pita on my bb and never tried on my droid.
thanks, sorry I am a pain.
Actually, I can't bump from my phone. I think there is a way to do it but for some reason I can't type. The phone doesn't recognize this space as a place to type. I can read posts but I can't respond. This is the only website I have problems with though.
Oh and I have heard good things about the HTC phones, which I think the incredible is one, right?

try going through another browser like Opera Mini and did you check java script? I think you have to disable that. I think?
Iphone will be updating their operating system in the fall and ichat will be available. that is great for me since mh and friends have the phone. I lived on my bbm. aother pro, lol.
Thanks again!
I think you are right about the java script and browser.
HTH!

My only iPhone experience is that my sister has one and she thinks it's the bee's knee's. She's a slave to Apple machine
It's definitely a neat device...BUT I think when all the Android stuff started coming out, it gave Apple a bit of a run for it's money.
I had the Droid Eris (which ended up sucking-not because of the operating system, but because of the HTC Eris phone), but I now have the Droid 2 Global and I love it. I think you're good whether you go Apple or Android, but if you use all the google stuff, Android is the way to go. It syncs so easily with your email, tasks, documents, everything.
