Hey there! I'm using your spice rub tonight for chicken...it sounds great. This is probably a stupid question, BUT how much of it do you use on each piece? Do you use the whole mixture on one tray of chicken breast or do you have some leftover for future grilling? Thx!

Hi, friend!  We kind of load it on; but it's definitely enough for 4-6 chicken breasts. We usually buy/prepare around a 1.5 lb package and tend to have a bit leftover. That said, I guess we've never even thought to save any of the leftover rub. Duh!
