Affordable Birthing Classes

I was wondering if anyone knew of any affordable birthing classes to take in the Chesterfield/ Richmond area? I would also love to know of any prenatal yoga programs? I have found several but I was wondering if it were possible to find a class under $100?

    The Downtown YMCA offers prenatal yoga classes. I think that they are about $70 for a 6 week session. You can call to find out the dates.

    We are currently taking Full Circle Childbirth Classes. $90 for 5 2 1/2 hour sessions.

     They have Tuesday and Wednesday night classes.

    There's a brand new program that was just started called Community Childbirth Education. It's a 6 week series of classes facilitated by two doulas. You can choose to attend one or all of the classes for a suggested $5 each. Classes are held at the Cabell Library @VCU- the next one is 6/29. You should be able to find an event on Facebook for more info. I'll be there!

    St. Mary's offers a bunch of classes, I think the one I went to was $50, and they had a few others that were free -- like cpr
