First BG wash- 1/4 scoop?

So, I bought Nellie's....the BG instructions on the diaper says to do 1/4 of a normal detergent. Cottonbabies' site doesn't say this. What did you all do for your first washes? Do you do 1/4 of a scoop? The scoop is already so small....
