Cooper still has no teeth either, it's so crazy. I've been giving him puffs, veggie sticks, baby snacks, etc for a while. He loves them all. He hates the stage 3 baby foods w/ chunks. Occasionally I will give him food from my plate. He seems to really love the chicken nuggets we get Jax - they are the dinosaur kind from bj's. we just cut them into tiny pieces. He also likes corn and fries. LOVES popsicles. seriously will have a fit if he sees jackson with one and not him. it's hilarious.
Anyway...he's doing pretty well considering he has no teeth. I just really watch him when he's eating anything.
Re: Alison - re: no teeth
Ditto. Abigail didn't get her first tooth until 10.5 months. She did pretty good with table food every now and then. I just kept an extra eye on her.

I guess it's throwing me off because C had her first two teeth before she was 5 months! I just need to start letting him try things and get over it.
I did the same thing with Owen. He didn't get a tooth until 9 months old and then it was all just front teeth. I was so freaked out about chocking that I didn't let him even have puffs until he was 9 months. Then of course I was told by other Mom friends that babies aren't chewing with molars until much later anyways, they are all gumming the food. Duh! I just never thought about him not getting molars usually until 1 yr.+. Once I started letting him try stuff, he could eat almost anything. I still cut everything in such tiny pieces for so long, he was probably annoyed at me.
Let's go Mom, I'm hungry!
