Zofran withdraws?

So I finally got weaned from the Zofran pump and took myself off of it on Friday! Saturday morning (at a funeral of all places) I felt miserable. My heart was pounding out of my chest, was short of breath and just had to go. I came home took a short nap and was back at the "after party" and was fine. This also happened yesterday as well.

Has anyone else experienced this after coming off Zofran? How long did it last?? What did you do to get over the "feeling". I've never had anxiety attacks but that's what the nurse compared it to this morning.

I definitely didn't have anything like that coming off my pump this time or last time but I did find that my energy and physical stamina were HUGELY decreased. More so during my last pregnancy when I was on the pump for like 7 weeks (as compared to like 4 weeks this time) but when I came off if I tried to stand up too long or walk around/be too active I would get kind of a pounding heart, really tired, feeling like I needed to sit down or I was going to pass out. Are you sure you are eating enough now that you are off? Maybe keep some small snacks with you and see if that helps. GL!
