I use one & love it! This is my 3rd cycle using it. It's easy to use & read. The only downside that I have found is that the test sticks are kind of pricey, but I figure that if it helps me get pregnant, than I don't care how much it costs.

I use it. This is my third cycle. I think that if I was ovulating that I would love it. However, right now it is one more reminder that my body sees to forgotten how to do that.
i like it and had success with it the first time around.
besides the cost, the other downside is that it isn't recommended if you use ANY fertility meds ... so i couldn't use mine for many cycles this time around.
Ditto JordanAlmond. You may not hear much about it here as it is pretty pointless if you are doing treatment. A trigger shot will register a peak and the instructions say clomid will mess with it.

So, are most people on this board doing treatment?
I used one for 2 out of the 3 yrs we tried to conceive and had stopped using it by the time I got pregnant. It worked great for telling me my fertile time but my cycles were pretty regular and after a year of temping, the CBEFM only confirmed what I already knew about my most likely ovulation days. It wasn't a miracle cure for me but if you have any doubts about when you're ovulating, then it might be a worthwhile investment for you. Temping will only tell you after the fact that you ovulated. I never had success with the OPK sticks either. They were too hard to catch my surge but the CBEFM worked every month.
