Is Ammonium Bicarbonate dairy?

Does anyone know?  I have been googling and can't find anything to suggest it, but on foodfacts.com, it says it is dairy.  In particular, I am looking at the Rold Gold Classic Tiny Twist pretzels.  Thanks for any help!

    My daughter has a dairy allergy and those are her safe pretzles. She reacts to a lot of milk products, so I am going to say no, not a milk product.

    I think that is baking soda, right?  You want to look for words like whey, casein and lactate.
