F/U to Green Sprout Diapers

Back story - I ordered from Green Sprout Baby. I could not get her to communicate with me. While waiting 6+ weeks for my order and after several unanswered e-mails she closed her shop. I had to post on her Facebook page to get an e-mail from her. I ended up filing a PayPal dispute. Once I did that she magically became super available. She made and sent my order out immediately and e-mailed me multiple times.

I did end up receiving my order. It's fine. It's definitely not great but it will do. The size on her website is off because when I measured my diaper it was NOT the same as what her site said. Whatever. At least I finally got my order. She told me she could not refund my money (that's what I initially asked for after waiting for my order for weeks with no communication) and insinuated that she couldn't even afford to buy the supplies she needs to finish the orders she has right now (what happened to the money people paid for their orders I don't know...)

Just thought I'd let y'all know that things finally cleared up. I would like to add that I do love her fleece capris. They're well made and the pattern with adjustable waist is awesome. If only I had got them 2+ months ago when I ordered them so I would actually be able to use them (now it's too hot).

Ugh that stinks and I'm sorry   I can't believe the diaper isn't the same size as the measurements.  I wonder what she did?  I'm glad you finally have resolution but it sucks that they came to late.

I also received poor customer service from Green Sprout.  About a week after when I should have received my order I emailed her to see where my order was, and she did not respond.  The following week I got a message through paypal that my order partially shipped.  I had only ordered one diaper so I wasn't sure what that meant.  The same week I got an identical email from paypal.  The next week I got another email saying my order shipped.  I did finally get it though.
